This Privacy Policy explains how PT Certechs Indonesia handles personal data that you provide through the website, including when you submit a Product Inquiry or Demo Request. Personal data is processed to support communication and business follow-up, with regard to applicable Indonesian law, including Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.
Through website forms, we may receive your name, job title or role, company, email address, WhatsApp number, city or project location, implementation timeline, application or operation, target capacity, product interest, and the requirements you submit. The website may also record request context such as source page, language, related product, brand, category, application, and campaign parameters when available. Website forms are not designed to request sensitive personal data.
We use the data to respond to inquiries, understand requirements, prepare consultations or demos, route requests to the relevant team, and conduct follow-up. Technically, website submissions are stored as internal inquiries in the WordPress system and a notification may be sent to the configured Certechs email address.
Data may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to follow up on a request, maintain communication records, meet applicable obligations, or support legitimate operational needs. Certechs applies reasonable efforts to limit access to people who need the data for the relevant function. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and security also depends on the hosting, email, and third-party infrastructure used to operate the website.
Data may be processed by service providers that support website operation, hosting, email, IT maintenance, or other services required to handle an inquiry. Certechs may also disclose data when required by law or a valid official request. Links to third-party websites are subject to the privacy practices of those third parties.
You may contact Certechs to request information about personal data you have provided and to request correction, updating, or deletion where permitted by applicable law and operational obligations. Certechs may request reasonable verification before acting on a request. For privacy-related questions, contact info@certechs.com. This policy may be updated when website processes or related services change.
